Fitness Plan

This is a personal exercise plan created by Maiara based on her experience and goals. Includes running and strengthening exercises.

The idea is to share the frequency of exercises, not necessarily the type of exercise each person will perform.

The final goal is to establish a daily physical exercise routine for 28 uninterrupted days (until the 3 months of the plan are completed), considering that 30 minutes of daily exercise is the ideal minimum and more than 21 days are needed to establish a habit.

Days should be flexible but exercises should be done at least at the same time (for example, in the morning or late afternoon) to facilitate establishing a routine.
